At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives, a mission we’ve honed since 1859.

Equitable is seeking an Operations Manager to join Cincinnati and Kentucky Offices. Reporting to the Complex Operations Manager, this role serves as a key operational partner to branch leadership, advisors, and staff. The Operations Manager will oversee office administration, advisor onboarding, recruiting operations, business processing support, advisor experience initiatives, and branch events. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative professional who enjoys building processes, supporting advisors, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch office, overseeing administrative functions, facilities, office systems, vendor relationships, technology resources, and business support services.
  • Manage the advisor’s onboarding experience by coordinating orientation, licensing and contracting requirements, training support, and integration with key branch and corporate resources.
  • Support recruiting operations by managing candidate tracking, interview coordination, onboarding workflows, recruiting systems, and hiring documentation to ensure efficient candidate experience.
  • Serve as an operational resource for advisors and District Managers, providing support for licensing, contracting, benefits eligibility, succession planning, and other advisor lifecycle needs.
  • Coordinate new business processing and commission support, helping advisors navigate submission requirements, monitor pending cases, and resolve operational issues through collaboration with service centers and home office teams.
  • Plan and execute branch, regional, and management meetings, conferences, recognition programs, and special events while managing logistics, communications, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Partner with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements, streamline processes, and enhance the advisor experience.
