*Responsibilities*
- *Manage and nurture key client relationships* to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary *point of contact for key accounts* , addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
- *Analyze client needs* and develop customized solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
- *Monitor and track* key account parcel deliveries, proactively resolving any service issues.
- Conduct *regular performance reviews* with key accounts and provide data-driven insights.
- *Prepare and present tailored quotations* by applying pricing policies and market intelligence.
- *Develop and maintain customer SOPs* to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to *optimize service performance* and improve customer experience.
- *Track and manage account billing* , ensuring invoices are processed and payments are collected on time.
- *Identify growth opportunities* within existing key accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Assist in the *claims process* and ensure timely resolutions for key account clients.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; *MBA preferred*.
- *Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the logistics industry (preferably small parcel last-mile delivery)*.
- Proven ability to *develop and maintain strong client relationships* while achieving business growth.
- *Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills* with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in *CRM software* and Microsoft Office Suite.
- *Analytical mindset* with the ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to *multitask in a fast-paced environment* and adapt to changing priorities.
- *Willingness to travel* as required.
