**Key Responsibilities: **
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance opportunities, and process gaps that impact business results.
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and deliver data-driven presentations and visual summaries for management and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and performance metrics.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations based on operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop reporting solutions.
- Monitor operational performance and proactively highlight risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence through fact-based analysis, performance tracking, and continuous process optimization.
Skills / Requirements :
- Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish. English Level: Medium
- MS Excel and other MS Office tools intermediate knowledge (data analysis)
