Field Attorney

Position Overview:

Our Field Attorney is responsible for overseeing immigration cases from documentation preparation through government submission, ensuring full legal compliance and exceptional client experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role requires clear communication, analytical thinking, and proactive problem- solving to meet strict deadlines and service levels. The position involves regular attendance at embassies and government offices, close coordination with internal teams, and meticulous management of sensitive client data. This is a dynamic role suited to professionals who thrive in structured yet fast- moving environments.

Duties:

  • Prepare and review documents for immigration processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Attend daily at Embassies, Consulates, and Government Offices, to forward and monitor processes.
  • Ensure the client understands requirements clearly and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Answer directed calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen intently to the client to ensure needs are met. Demonstrate expertise and initiative in providing solutions and resolving client issues.
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection of client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and all other data.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA's) standards are met or exceeded.
  • Keep all information up to date and correct in the Immigo system.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure the smooth running of processes.
  • Ensure that all required documents are returned to the client under the date required.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
  • Stay current with immigration laws and requirements and industry best practices.
  • Complete all work strictly with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in the related field
  • Adhering to the principles and values of the company
  • Ability to handle fast changes in volume
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize
  • Flexible hours to attend daily at Embassies, Consulates, and Government Offices.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Work experience in corporate or customer service environments
