Position Specific Requirements
- Professional qualification in Accounting & Finance (Part qualification in professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum three years’ work experience in accounting and finance including minimum 2 years in similar capacity.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer skills on MS Office, ERP accounting software and database.
- Work according to Australian working days and hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Reconciling and handling wholesale customer accounts
- Processing daily receipts (EFT, CC and Cheques) and sending receipts reconciliation report with the details of unapplied & unprocessed EFT (IPD CBA).
- Indexing remittance advices
- Handling allocated customers’ accounts.
- Payments follow up with the customers and collecting money from them.
- Handling customers’ claims / RMA with customers, CSD and warehouse.
- Handling customers’ queries regarding Invoices, CNs, PODs and other issues.
- Maintaining direct customers overdue analysis report.
- Handling customers’ accounts related documents received in the account support mailbox.
- Reconciling Bank Accounts – IPD and ADDELEC (WBC / CBA/ANZ)
- Running monthly customer statements and sending them out to the customers.
