Why Join Us
Carondelet Medical Group is building something rare: a subspecialty neurology practice where fellowship-trained expertise meets a fully integrated neuroscience ecosystem. As a Movement Disorder Neurologist, you'll step into a collaborative environment alongside stroke, epilepsy, and functional neurology specialists — plus a co-located spine, brain, and vascular neurosurgery team — with a built-in referral network from day one. This is an outpatient-only role designed for a clinician who wants to go deep in their subspecialty without the burden of hospital call. If you're looking for autonomy, peer support, and a practice infrastructure that actually lets you practice medicine, this is it.

Why Tucson
Tucson punches well above its weight — a UNESCO-designated City of Gastronomy with a culinary and arts scene that surprises first-time visitors, all set against one of the most dramatic desert landscapes in the country. With 350-plus days of sunshine, you're never far from world-class hiking, cycling, and golf, while the University of Arizona anchors a culture of research, education, and spirited college-town energy. Housing costs remain well below most major metros, and the city's family-friendly neighborhoods consistently draw physicians looking for quality of life without compromise. Tucson International Airport keeps you connected — but most who land here find fewer reasons to leave.
