Assigned as a Special Assistant Attorney General, individual prosecutes criminal cases containing a SCDC nexus before the SC state grand jury as well as in all judicial circuits throughout the state upon approval by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office. Authority to prosecute is pursuant to a memorandum of understanding between SCDC and the AG's office. Manages a personal caseload of cases for prosecution.
