Job Purpose
Develops and executes communication strategies to enhance employee engagement,
align messaging with corporate objectives, and support digital and traditional
communication channels. The role requires expertise in digital marketing,
website content management, SEO, and corporate communications, with a strong
focus on delivering impactful messages across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities & Duties
Safety & Compliance Duties
• Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all
activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with the Company’s
QHSSE policies, Management System, ADES Zero Tolerance Policies, relevant
laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices, and complies with the
ADES WAY, rules to live by.
• Will be a champion of safety providing exemplary leadership and commitment
to all safety initiatives within the business.
• Places safety as a true north, while never intentionally placing employees,
our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at
risk.
• Will ensure that safety protocols are always adhered to.
Role Duties
External and Internal Communication:
• Develops and refines high-quality, engaging content for internal and
external platforms, including newsletters, announcements, social media, and
digital publications.
• Oversees the production and distribution of marketing and communication
materials to ensure consistent, impactful messaging.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align communications strategies and
drive integrated messaging across departments.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on media coverage and communication KPIs to
measure reach and effectiveness.
• Ensures brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelines
across all communication channels and outputs.
• Coordinates with external vendors for design, translation, and media
services to support timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Supports crisis communication initiatives by ensuring the delivery of
timely, clear, and accurate messaging to internal and external audiences.
• Contributes to the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and
organizational projects.
• Designs and develops compelling multimedia content, including presentations,
videos, and graphics to enhance employee engagement and communication
effectiveness.
• Ensures all messaging reflects and reinforces the company’s mission, vision,
and values (The ADES WAY).
• Collects and analyses employee and stakeholder feedback to identify areas
for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of communication strategies.
Digital Marketing & Content Management:
• Oversees website content updates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
and corporate messaging.
• Implements SEO strategies to optimize digital content visibility and reach.
• Develops engaging digital campaigns to promote internal and external
initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
• Designs, coordinates, and executes initiatives that foster employee
engagement, including events, townhalls and campaigns that promote a sense of
belonging and active participation.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies and
messaging across departments. Budget and Annual Revenue
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience working in the Gulf region is highly preferred.
Skills/Competencies Required
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active
listening.
• Ability to effectively engage with all stakeholders in an organization.
• Good project management skills, including time management, goal setting,
multitasking, and prioritization.
• Event management and organizing skills that cross borders considering
cultural diversity.
• Excellent PowerPoint design skills with the ability to create engaging
presentations.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is
a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a
plus).
• Strong expertise in website content management, SEO, and digital marketing
strategies
