Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Customer ExperienceVirtual Assistant to support the team in daily customer support, operational follow-up, and administrative coordination related to the use of our SaaS platform.

This role focuses on providing excellent customer experience, managing customer requests, maintaining organized records, and supporting operational tasks that ensure smooth daily operations.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, following up on tasks, and working in a remote, digital environment.

Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
