- Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the Energy & Utilities industry, with a focus on Meter to Cash processes.
- Proven expertise in implementing or integrating CIS and MDM platforms (e.g., SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B, Oracle Utilities MDM, Itron, Landis+Gyr).
- Familiarity with CRM, CCaaS, and customer- facing digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Meter to Cash lifecycle and supporting technologies.
- Ability to design solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
