Exception Handling Agent (A4, 3rd Shift)

We currently have a need for Hub Operations Support / Exception Handing Specialist at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. This position will be responsible for establishing and executing the policies and procedures necessary to ensure physical movement of cargo within the CVG Hub. The position will also ensure that the entire process meets customer and internal requirements and is completed in an organized, efficient and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collection of Key accounts daily
• Alert and work with CVG HUB Ops Management team to ensure each monitored account makes successful transit through the HUB.
• Must be available on on-call basis for escalations

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field preferred
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills
• Flexible shift schedule and availability for weekend shifts
