About the role

As a ServiceNow Developer at Reconomy , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable, high-quality applications and integrations that align with Reconomy's technology strategy. You will contribute to platform development, system integrations, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring best practices, platform stability, and an excellent user experience across the organization.

What we need from you

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, AJAX, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  Experience participating in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting platform upgrades, reviewing skipped updates, and driving continuous platform improvements.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable; additional ServiceNow certifications are considered a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
