Our dental clinic team at Square One Dental located in Mississauga, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time** ** basis.
The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
We are looking for a passionate and bubbly communicator who creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every patient while delivering exceptional customer service. Positive, professional, and patient‑focused team member who handles inquiries, scheduling, and front‑desk tasks with confidence and care.

SCHEDULE:
- 35-40 hours per week
- Days of the week Monday-Friday and Weekends required
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**
- 2-3 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset, but not necessary
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and Carecru is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
