Position Summary Serve as patients' first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk. Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient. Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model. Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes. Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
