Enterprise Solution Architect - Supply Planning, Manufacturing

Scope:
- Lead enterprise-wide architecture across retail and supply chain domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration integrity.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams to define roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and align solution designs with customer strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end solution design , translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and high-performing solutions.
- Lead business process analysis and design workshops , preparing comprehensive functional and technical designs for solution components.
- Act as a trusted advisor and retail domain expert , recommending industry best practices and process optimizations aligned with business objectives.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to present solution strategies, design rationales, and measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a functional liaison across Consulting, Pre-Sales, Cloud, and Support teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective knowledge transition.
- Support project planning efforts by estimating work scope, cost, and integration complexity, assisting Project Managers in defining realistic and efficient project plans.
- Facilitate solution demonstrations and integration discussions , including data and process flows between Enterprise Planning and Store Shelf Planning systems.
- Identify and develop incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities within ongoing projects; articulate business cases for future product improvements.
- Mentor and guide Solution Architects and Consultants , promoting delivery excellence, architectural consistency, and continuous capability growth.
- Champion standardization and reusability through the creation of frameworks, templates, and best-practice methodologies.
- Provide strategic industry insights , advising clients on transformation, modernization, and process optimization initiatives aligned to Blue Yonder’s capabilities and roadmap.
What we are looking for:
- 15+ years in Manufacturing or supply chain planning, with 5+ years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
- Preferably from T1 Business school or Technology Institutes
- Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Planning, order optimization, Inventory Planning, Sales & Operation Planning related modules.
- Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance, and end-to-end delivery leadership.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes including CPG & White Goods Manufacturing,Industrial and Automative, Semi-Conductor &Consumer Electronics, Metals, Pharmaceutical data flows, and integration patterns.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations to business, management, and executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to identify incremental value opportunities and articulate business cases for innovation.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in global delivery models with strong onshore–offshore coordination.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
