Newspaper Reporter
The Lewistown News-Argus is looking for a full-time general assignment reporter to provide coverage for its print edition, digital platforms and social media channels.
The reporter's primary focus will be covering a variety of events in Lewistown, Montana, and the surrounding communities.
The reporter reports to the editor of the Lewistown newspaper.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with digital platforms and social media strategy are important.
- Community engagement experience - in person and on social networks, being a professional ambassador for the news organization in the community.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Photography skills preferred.
