What You'll Be Working On

Our technicians work on a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, providing challenging and rewarding work every day.

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Make-Up Air Units
• Heat Pumps
• Condensers
• Split Systems
• Building Controls
• Boiler Systems
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems
• Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems
• Cooling Towers
• CRAC Units
• Chiller Systems

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
• Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians as needed
• Represent DWC Mechanical with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred

• Commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• HVAC trade school or technical training
• Experience with building automation systems and advanced controls
• Boiler, chiller, VRF, or controls experience
