What you'll do in this role?**

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy? As a Claims Processor , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the services they need—without delays or barriers.

In this position, you’ll analyze, support, and execute key functions within the claims adjudication process for our Shore-to-Shore PACE programs, including LifeCircles PACE, Huron Valley PACE, and Thome PACE. Your work directly supports the financial integrity of our programs and helps keep care moving forward for the older adults we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process electronic and paper claims accurately
  • Verify approvals and documentation before processing
  • Track claim status and follow up with vendors as needed
  • Review and resolve denied claims
  • Assist with claims reporting and data tracking
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Follow company policies and applicable regulations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial or claims-related experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry/management systems
