Accurate Health Auditing & Consulting Single Member S.A., a company of the IQVIA Group and a leading Greek provider of medical audit, TPA and consulting services in the healthcare sector, operating both in Greece and abroad, is seeking administrative employees for its clinic offices within Private Hospitals, in Athens, in the context of cooperation with Insurance Companies and Insurance Funds.

Position Highlights

  • Be the polite face at patient reception and provide excellent patient service
  • Manage new Admissions, enter insured data, locate insured individuals through insurances systems (when required), and fill in relevant forms in the electronic system
  • Notify Insurance Companies of hospitalizations by electronically sending all relevant documents.
  • Conduct daily reviews of aggregated case lists per Hospital
  • Communicate in detail the final opinion of the Medical Auditor to Insurance Companies and Hospitals
  • Collaborate with medical staff to adhere to timelines and clinic workflow
  • Issue guarantees for incidents where required.
  • Handle email correspondence (with insurance companies and hospitals).

RequiredQualifications:

  • University or Technological Educational Institute degree
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and Internet usage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time management and teamwork abilities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Health studies.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, insurance market or consulting services.
