Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

We’re growing and looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate CSR to join our team immediately. This is more than a receptionist role—you are the first impression, the calm voice during stressful moments, and a key part of the care we provide.

Cottage Pet Hospital, part of the AmeriVet family, is a busy multi-doctor veterinary hospital in Anaheim, CA. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and excellent service to their families. Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential.
Schedule:
Full-Time, weekends required
Compensation:
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Description:

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk

Provide clear, compassionate communication about services and care

Handle payments and maintain organized, accurate records

Keep the day running smoothly by supporting doctors and technicians
Qualifications:

Customer service experience is required (you know how to make people feel valued)

Veterinary experience is strongly preferred (we’ll train the right person!)

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
