MOS CODE: NONE Education and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination, or real estate transactions; including two (2) years of experience involving property acquisition practices and utility relocation coordination. Licenses and Certificates : Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state by the date of appointment.
