About the role

As an Intern at RLG Romania, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic and purpose-driven organization focused on circular economy solutions and environmental sustainability. You will support the Operational team (Batteries/Textiles) in delivering key projects related to waste collection, recycling initiatives, and compliance processes.

In this role, you will be actively involved in supporting collection campaigns, conducting market research, preparing reports and materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Data Management. You will also participate in awareness campaigns, events, and partner interactions, gaining valuable exposure to real-world environmental operations.

This internship is ideal for a motivated student who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental topics. It offers a strong learning environment where you can develop both your professional and interpersonal skills while contributing to impactful sustainability projects.

What we need from you

We are looking for a proactive and motivated student who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

You bring excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English, along with a good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental Science or a related field, and have a genuine interest in sustainability, recycling, and circular economy initiatives.

You are adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working across different teams, supporting various projects and meeting deadlines. A curious mindset, willingness to get involved in hands-on activities (including events or partner visits), and a proactive approach to learning will help you thrive in this internship
