Job Description
Responsibilities

Develop and manage policies, processes, workflows

Drive region/market data activities and deliverables associated with the adoption of Data Governance (ownership, stewardship, and processes) across the organization
-
Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and data consumers to establish best practices, processes, and procedures
-
Partner with business and technical SMEs to establish relationships between business and technical assets
-
Design Enterprise Business Glossaries and Data Catalogs
-
Communicate requirements and design artefacts to the global teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation
-
Contribute to data analysis, data modeling, data mapping, and profiling
-
Assist with the user adoption
Requirements
-
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Understanding of Data Governance practices, principles, and frameworks
-
Experience with data analysis, technical skills, and data model skills to map data sources to standard platform models
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively (with data stewards, data owners, and data consumers)
-
Experience of different ways of working and delivery methodologies – iterative, agile, kanban
-
Interest in emerging technology and application to resolving relevant business issues
-
Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly
