Manager of Partner Sales
at Weave
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Partner Sales to lead our partner sales initiatives at Weave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our partner sales motion, managing a team of Partner Sales Managers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct or partner sales within the SaaS industry and a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This role will not be responsible for the corporate relationship but rather will manage the relationship between Weave's Partner Sales Managers and the partner's territory reps.
This position will be hybrid (MTWT in office, F optional remote)
Reports to: Senior Director of Channel Sales
What You Will Own

Lead a team of 6-8 Partner Sales Managers that work with our channel partners to sell Weave into the dental space

Partner with the external and internal channel sales leaders, business development and sales leadership

Hire, coach and retain Partner Sales Managers within the team

Implement processes and structures that maximize revenue per lead

Use Salesforce.com to monitor sales funnels and projects give accurate projections

Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services

Participate in regular company and office meetings to share Partner Sales Manager progress,
identify blockers and drive resolution

Proactively lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, KPIs, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive sales channel relationship

Identify sales channel strengths and weaknesses and implement strategies or solutions to potentialize and/or overcome obstacles

Leads product and sales efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and sales channels
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

3+ years experience leading a sales team working in a channel, partner or direct sales model

Experience partnering with an outside field sales team to work leads

Strong cross functional collaboration skills

Proven track record of success in building and optimizing sales systems

Passion for providing leadership & coaching with detailed processes and methodologies

Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient with Salesforce and Zoom
What Will Make Us Love You

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

3+ Years in the SMB SaaS space

Experience in the dental sales industry
