Overview
The AP Market Development team is looking for a manager to support the
delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific. The
role will work closely with the EVP Market Development Lead, Directors,
country teams, and cross-functional partners to analyze market challenges,
coordinate execution, develop project materials, and help track progress
against strategic and commercial outcomes.
Role
• Support the assessment of market opportunities and business challenges by
gathering inputs, analyzing data, identifying issues, and summarizing
implications for decision-making.
• Coordinate project workplans, milestones, meeting cadence, stakeholder
follow-ups, and issue logs across multiple transformation engagements.
• Prepare clear, concise materials including market diagnostics, project
updates, business case inputs, leadership readouts, and execution trackers.
• Work with country, product, commercial, finance, legal, delivery, and other
functional teams to gather requirements, clarify ownership, and support
execution of agreed actions.
• Track progress against agreed outcomes, risks, dependencies, and impact
measures, escalating issues and opportunities for leadership attention as
needed.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable tools, templates, playbooks, and
knowledge assets that improve the effectiveness of the Regional Market
Transformation function.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
synthesize information from multiple sources into clear insights and
recommendations.
• Demonstrate solid business acumen and interest in payments, market
development, commercial strategy, and transformation execution.
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage workstreams,
timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment.
• Communicate clearly and confidently through written materials,
presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work effectively across cultures, markets, and functions, building trusted
relationships and following through on commitments.
• Show curiosity, ownership, resilience, and a willingness to learn in
ambiguous situations where solutions may not be predefined.
