Spare Parts Sales / Prodajalec-prodajalka rezervnih delov

Location: Ajdovščina, Pipistrel d.o.o.

A colleague in the spare parts and warranty sales department will be responsible for preparing offers for spare parts, communicating with customers regarding inquiries and order intake, monitoring and processing warranty claims and complaints, invoicing and dispatching orders, updating price lists, and aligning IPC with sales technology processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Participation in teams or projects, leading teams or projects
• Communicating with customers, monitoring customer inquiries, and accepting orders
• Preparing offers for spare parts in sales and service orders
• Reviewing and completing all invoices related to service and spare parts sales orders
• Coordinating between departments to fulfil spare parts orders
• Monitoring warranty claims and complaints in accordance with established warranty policies and procedures
• Communicating and collaborating with business partners and customers, providing updates on warranty claim statuses and informing them of solutions
• Creating complaint reports
• Invoicing and dispatching all types of orders
• Logistics of parcel shipments, including preparation of CMRs or Waybills
• Preparing statements or letters for customers, and compiling reports
• Coordinating and ensuring payments
• Opening purchase orders, approving incoming invoices, issuing credit notes
• Updating price lists (sales prices, entering prices into lists, generating price lists, matrices)
• Aligning IPC with sales technology processes
• Executing the spare parts sales plan
• Creating sales analyses and tracking spare parts sales performance

What We Expect from the Candidate

• Completed secondary or higher education in a technical or economic field
• Knowledge of the aviation sector (recommended)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills
• Fluent knowledge of English
