Senior Customer Representative

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Representative to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31st of December 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting products within your assigned territory and building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals to support awareness, access, and appropriate product uptake.
This position requires a strong commitment to compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and execute field activities effectively while maintaining the highest professional standards.
What You’ll Do:
Promote and Educate

Promote products and share accurate, compliant medical and scientific information with healthcare professionals.

Use effective and appropriate promotional techniques to support product acceptance and patient access.

Deliver clear and reliable product information, including SmPC and legal status in Romania.

Set clear objectives for each interaction based on customer needs and previous engagement.
Manage Your Territory
-
Define target customers and visit frequency each quarter.
-
Prepare weekly visit plans and daily routes to ensure efficient territory coverage.

Analyze the territory and contribute to an effective coverage strategy.

Maintain regular engagement with healthcare professionals in line with the promotional plan.
Organize Activities and Events
-
Plan and support individual and group activities such as sponsorships, videoconferences, and congresses within budget and in compliance with internal procedures.

Prepare the required documentation for events and activities.

Manage promotional materials and samples responsibly and effectively.

Work closely with product managers and align activities with marketing guidance.
Track, Report, and Improve

Report activities bi-weekly through internal systems.
-
Monitor performance, visit frequency, and territory results to improve planning and execution.

Keep CRM and other records accurate and up to date.

Share relevant insights from the field to support better understanding of product use in clinical practice.
Uphold Compliance and Safety

Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and SOPs.

Promptly report adverse events and quality complaints to the pharmacovigilance team, including any information received from healthcare professionals.
Use Resources Wisely
- Manage your time and budget efficiently to achieve business objectives and support strong performance.
What We’re Looking For:

University degree

Experience in promotion, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare field

Strong knowledge of the promoted products and competitor landscape

Understanding of customer dynamics, prescribing behavior, and treatment practices

Proficiency in English
