THE POSITION: As a member of the health care team, the Registered Dietitian is responsible for the nutritional assessment of patients. Dietitians develop and implement nutrition care plans and nutrition therapy and evaluate and adjust treatment as necessary. In addition, incumbents may participate in the education of co-workers, including resident physicians.
