Kalispell, Montana

We’re looking for passionate, reliable professionals for roles such as:
• Delivery Driver (CDL & Non CDL)
• CDL A Delivery Drivers
Delivery & Logistics Champion
• Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork/invoicing
• Manage product accountability and settlements with precision
Customer Service & Merchandising Pro
• Be the face of our locally owned business at every stop
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in-store promotions, and rotate products
• Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied
Physical & Technical Expert
• Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks
• Perform heavy lifting (60–85 lbs.) in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy
What We’re Looking For (Who Thrives Here)
• Valid Class A CDL (No restrictions)
• Ability to drive a manual transmission tractor
• A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Commercial Driver’s License, Class A. Must obtain a DOT medical card. Must
meet company driver qualifications.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend, simple instructions, short correspondence, and
memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic math and business math functions.
REASONAING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but
uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems
involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
