To strengthen our team in Erlangen and Uttenreuth, we are looking for a Service & Installation Technician (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation and commissioning of breast CT systems at clinical customer sites
• Service and maintenance of CT systems (maintenance, repair and updates), both on-site and remotely
• Support first- and second-level technical support
• Act as a contact person for technical inquiries from customers and service partners
• Train and collaborate with service partners
• Support the creation of installation, maintenance, repair and training documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical training or degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Qualification as a certified electrician (electrically skilled person)
• Experience with mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electronic, IT and software components
• Experience with medical devices (especially X-ray imaging systems) is a plus
• Radiation protection certification (e.g. equivalent to German R6) is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license (Class B or equivalent)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Team-oriented, flexible and proactive working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office
