Customer Support Manager II at RIM logistics

This position is responsible for the retention, growth, and operational excellence between RIM and our customers. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, support and meeting targets established by organizational sales strategy, maintain exceptional levels of service through cross functional channels and support/implement other improvements within the Branch Business Development Group as required. This position will be required to know and adhere to RIM's Quality policy and uphold quality standards as well as conform to policies and procedures.
