Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans
  • Perform technical skills including:
  • Venipuncture and catheter placement
  • Radiology (X-rays)
  • Laboratory sample collection and processing
  • Anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
  • Administer medications (IV, IM, SQ, and oral)
  • Provide patient monitoring and nursing care
  • Educate pet owners on treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home care
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Support a positive, team-oriented hospital culture

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Veterinary Technician experience required (CVT/LVT/RVT preferred but not required)
  • Strong technical and clinical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Passion for animal care and client education
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
