We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. What You'll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient and pet owner.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Client Service Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Obtain and document accurate patient histories
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Verify vaccination status and required testing
- Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
- Prepare prescriptions, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Support daily hospital operations to ensure a seamless client experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience in veterinary, medical, hospitality, retail, or another client-focused environment is welcomed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional client service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Weekend availability as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds
