About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and injections as ordered by physicians
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland

• 0 years of experience in a similar role (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

We offer shift differentials; Monday-Friday $2.00 for 3-11, and 11-7 shifts. Weekends $3 additional.
