Project Coordinator

Join our growing team at Ashtead Technology and play a key role in supporting project delivery, sales operations, and hire fleet activities across Norway. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where each day is different.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing administrative support for regional sales enquiries and project operations within Norway.
- Maintaining accurate customer, supplier, equipment, and project information within NetSuite and other ERP systems.
- Coordinating enquiries, mobilisation activities, project administration and project documentation.
- Preparing equipment certification packs, mobilisation orders, and order confirmations.
- Working closely with Project Managers to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Updating project schedules, hire fleet records, equipment databases, and enquiry timelines.
- Assisting with logistics, procurement, insurance, and certification requirements.
- Supporting invoicing processes through accurate project and sales data management.
- Processing equipment returns and communicating any damages or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting reports and maintaining organised project records and documentation.
What experience you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Qualification in Business Admin / Management or other relevant subject area.
- IT literate with advanced experience of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
