Associate Consultant, Pharmacy Benefits Financial Analytics

We are recruiting for an Associate Consultant, Pharmacy Benefits Financial Analytics for our Pharmacy Benefits Consulting Practice. This position affords an immediate opportunity to apply your financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills and your expertise with pharmacy benefits to contribute to the development of solutions to challenging client issues. The Associate Consultant will work under the guidance and mentoring of talented senior level experts and will work independently and on teams to deliver pharmacy benefits financial analytics consulting services to a broad and diverse range of clients.

**The Role **

· Provide technical review and analysis of PBM data, contracts, RFPs, financial arrangements and PBM program effectiveness

· Technical analysis of RFP responses from pharmacy benefits managers including written proposals, pricing information, contract analyses and defining project scope recommendations.

· Technical analysis of rebates and contracting pricing strategies.

· May lead or assist with managing pharmacy benefits Requests For Proposals (“RFP’s) for our clients within scope, profitability and productivity targets.

· Analyze and manage multiple projects simultaneously to develop, enhance and maintain pharmacy benefits-related financial tools

· Support business growth strategies and marketing initiatives to assist Leaders in business development and cross-selling efforts. Contribute to the continual development of resources, efficiencies and quality.

· Gather, utilize and share market intelligence to develop and introduce unique and/or new approaches to servicing clients.
