About the role

The People Partner serves as a key tactical HR partner and operational anchor for the local plant. Operating within a matrix structure, this role bridges global people strategies with local plant needs, driving engagement, process efficiency, and organizational transformation while nurturing a high- performing culture in a blue-collar manufacturing setting.

You will work directly in a role combining People Partnering tasks with the management of Operational responsibilities. In this role, you are expected to drive HR process efficiency, providing tactical HR partnership to the local management team and serving as a key operational anchor for the local team.

This position is based primarily at the Nanteuil-le-Haudouin Plant, with regular visits to the Paris office. It is a long-term sick leave replacement, lasting until the employee's return, for a maximum duration of 18 months.

In this role you will report in a matrix organisation to the Manufacturing HR team lead and work closely with the plant director.

The role will have regular interactions with People Operations and will be one of their key stakeholders.
