This is a 6-month Fixed Term contract.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer who lives and breathes sourcing, engagement, and structured talent pooling.

Your mission: Engage and inspire clinicians and help them make the leap into our network!
This is not a reactive recruitment role. This is proactive, strategic, outbound talent acquisition at its best.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Building structured trans-Tasman sourcing strategies
• Leveraging AI sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and traditional outreach methods
• Creating high-touch, consultative engagement journeys for on-shore Dentists
• Understanding registration pathways, relocation drivers, and motivators
• Partnering with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners to find and match clinicians to the right clinics
• Developing curated, ready-now pipelines aligned to workforce demand
• Tracking market insights and feeding them back into proactive hiring strategy

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent, high-quality on-shore candidate pipelines
• Dentists who feel supported, informed, and excited about relocating
• Structured reporting on sourcing channels, market insights and conversion metrics
• Seamless handover to Talent Acquisition Business Partners with “ready to represent” clinicians

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience sourcing hard-to-find professionals (healthcare preferred)
• Confidence using AI sourcing tools and data-driven recruitment methods
• A structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management
• Commercial mindset; you understand workforce demand and market dynamics
• High emotional intelligence and consultative engagement skills
• Ability to operate across time zones
