ICU/EM Swing/Day shift CVT’s are primarily responsible for triaging incoming emergencies and executing treatments , surgeries and procedures. This requires utilization of a high degree of technical skills, multi-tasking and triaging with the use of monitoring tools to assess and care for patients with compassion and Fear Free techniques. Communication between the day, swing, and night shift is essential.
