1. Compliance Authority

Act as the proposer for customs-related matters, including HS code classification, customs declarations, and duty calculations

Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations (DJBC).

2. MITA Preparation & Readiness

Lead initiatives to prepare the company for MITA (Main Customs Partner) qualification by Providing assistance and consultation to PT HBFAI during the MITA Program registration process, including support through completion, and granting the Company permission to use its customs certificates in accordance with applicable regulations for registration purposes and to fulfill MITA Program requirements.

3. Issue Handling

Support customs inspections, audits, and operational issues if any.

Provide immediate resolution for clearance delays or regulatory concerns.

4.Providing knowledge sharing, training, and/or knowledge transfer related to customs, the MITA Program, and other relevant topics according to the Company's operational and compliance needs.
