Planner Buyer

Responsible of purchases and supplies of direct material for the production
area, in such a way as to ensure continuity according to the production program.
Key Responsibilities
• MRP analysis
• Enter purchase orders based on current demand and lead times, confirm with supplier deliveries on time and track shipments to import.
• Keep purchase orders updated.
• Expedite and defer material based on current demand.
• Give the appropriated feedback about shortage material in reports as showstopper report and materials binnacle.
• Follow up and ensure the delivery of shortage material in production line.
• Review material in consignment and with Kanban level.
• Review obsolete and slow-moving inventory for disposal.
• Review discrepancies with material and prices (buyer exception report).
• Following up to quality recalls, create debit memos and confirm disposal with supplier
• Following up material for first article inspection (FAI).
• Obtaining quality certificates for the applicable products.
• Provide complete information and documentation for the import of raw materials.
• Coordination of shipments of raw materials and/or packaging materials from Franklin.
• Meet the quality objectives of the position and support the company's strategic goals.
• Comply with the quality system guidelines.
• Conduct your work with quality, meeting the required standards.
• Must keep the company's tools and equipment in good condition, clean, and safe to work.
• Participation in the company's continuous improvement projects.
• Follow up on the corrective actions of the Quality System.
• Comply with the relevant roles assigned by management in the manner applicable. (for example; Brigades, Auditors…)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Age required: Over 22 years old.

Scholarship: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-year minimum experience in Purchasing area.
Skills :
- Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person.

• Complete some moderately repetitive tasks.
• Capacity to work under pressure.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English language.
