As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you are the tip of the spear. You’ll drop into the messiest, most critical parts of our customers’ businesses and turn legacy operations into AI-driven systems. You won’t follow a playbook. You’ll write it—alongside the smartest operators, engineers, and AI minds in the world.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Embed with customers and learn how they really operate
• Design and deploy AI Workers that immediately transform their business
• Build lightweight tools, integrations, and logic—then iterate in real time
• Debug edge cases, optimize performance, and ensure the AI works every time
• Bridge engineering and operations, with full ownership from day one

• You’re technical enough to build, and relentless enough to finish

Skills We Value

• Strong software background (CS, Physics, Engineering, Math—or you taught yourself by building)
• Proficient in Python, Java, JS/TS, or similar
• Comfortable with APIs, data flows, scripting, and building quickly
• Exceptional communicator—you can talk to executives and operators alike
• Experience in logistics, AI deployment, or high-stakes ops is a plus, but not required
• Willing to travel to where the action is (~25%). Do what you love and see the world at the same time!
