*Call Center-Based Patient Intake Trainee (6‑Week Paid Training Program with Potential for Full-time Employment)*

Are you passionate about helping others and interested in launching a career in healthcare administration?

We are excited to offer a *six-week, paid Patient Intake Training Program* designed to develop the next generation of Patient Intake Specialists. This structured program provides comprehensive training in patient engagement, scheduling, communication, and healthcare operations - equipping trainees with the skills and confidence needed to support patients seeking care. Trainees who successfully complete the program and meet performance expectations may be offered full-time employment.


*What You’ll Learn*

Throughout this six-week program, trainees will participate in:

  • *Structured learning modules* covering patient intake workflows and systems
  • *Hands-on practice* with real world application
  • *Shadowing opportunities* with experienced Patient Intake Specialists
  • *Regular feedback & evaluations* designed to support your success

You’ll gain the foundational knowledge needed to excel in a patient-facing administrative role and prepare for potential full‑time employment.


*Program Details*

  • *Length:* 6 weeks paid training
  • *Pay:* $18.00 USD per hour
  • *Training Schedule:* 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (training period).
    Please note: If hired full‑time, schedules may vary and include two Sundays per month, with an alternate day off provided in exchange.

  • *Employment Type: _Temporary during training;*_ potential for full-time employment dependent upon performance and successful completion of the program.

  • *Pay Frequency:* Semi‑monthly

*What Happens After the Program?*

Trainees who successfully complete the program and meet performance expectations may be offered full-time employment as a *Patient Intake Specialist*. Please note: Participation in this training program does not guarantee full-time employment.

*If hired full-time, employees receive:*

  • Pay increase to *$18.50 USD per hour*
  • Eligibility for *paid vacation & sick time* (accrual basis)
  • *Health benefits & 401(k) match* (eligible first of the month after 60 days)
  • Pay increase to *$19.00 USD per hour* after a successful 90-day introductory period

*Benefits Statement: *Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
