Job Description

You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Executive Director, Portfolio Management, Singapore.

** Responsibilities**

• Support the Portfolio Manager in managing the Singapore portfolio
• Review and evaluate leasing and capex proposals
• Work with asset managers and leasing team to prepare asset turnaround plans
• Evaluate and undertake feasibility studies for alternative leasing strategies which include alternative usages
• Support to manage JV companies especially in the areas of operations, interested party issues etc
• Support asset divestments, including undertaking financial analysis and all related workstreams
• Prepare management reports and board papers
• Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Singapore portfolio
• Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio

** Requirements**

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.
• Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
• Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies
• Possess strong analytical and financial skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
