Senior Analyst - Budgeting
at Abu Dhabi Ports Company
In this role, the candidate will report to the Manager and support budgeting, business performance reviews, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining the customer database for all products, preparing monthly reporting packs, coordinating with internal and external teams, independently serving as Secretary to the Collection Committee, and compiling ad hoc financial information as needed. The candidate will also support the management of all Integrated Management Systems (ISO standards) by developing new business processes, improving existing ones, conducting internal audits, raising nonconformities where required, following up on timely closure, and ensuring all IMS requirements are met to maintain KEZAD’s ISO certifications.
**Core Responsibilities: **

Work with stakeholders to set annual objectives and targets for the EC&FZ Cluster.

Monitor and measure the EC&FZ Cluster balanced scorecard by coordinating with stakeholders and reporting monthly to the Corporate Finance Strategy team.

Coordinate with the EC&FZ Cluster team to finalize key strategic projects and initiatives, and track and report performance to management monthly.

Prepare dashboards and other management information for senior leadership as required.

Oversee the compilation of management meeting packs, including Board, Corporate ExCom, EC&FZ ExCom, monthly financial, and finance flash reports.

Support the overall budgeting and forecasting process for the EC&FZ Cluster.

Process operating and capital expenditure budget transfers as needed and monitor financial performance against budget.

Analyze monthly cluster results and revenue performance to identify variances against forecasts and budgets.

Serve as Secretary to the Cash Collection Committee by organizing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining records, and tracking collection actions.

Support compliance with excellence management and Integrated Management System requirements, including internal audits, nonconformity closure, process improvements, and maturity assessments, to maintain ISO certification.

Coordinate internal audits in line with the annual audit plan, implement corrective action plans, and follow up on timely closure of agreed actions.

Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:|
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- An MBA or professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or ACCA is preferred.
- Relevant Lead Auditor certifications in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, or AMS, as well as Six Sigma Green Belt certification, are desirable.
