Dining Server Associate

What You'll Do In This Role:
Join a team where your work makes a daily difference! In this role, you’ll
help create a welcoming dining experience by supporting meal service and
assisting with a variety of food service tasks. Working alongside a dedicated
team, you’ll ensure residents and participants receive quality service while
following established food service standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Meal Service & Dining Support
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables and restocking food, beverages, and supplies.
- Deliver meals promptly while honoring resident dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist residents with meal selections to ensure a positive dining experience.
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
- Greet residents, families, and guests with professionalism and kindness.
- Respond promptly to resident requests, concerns, and dining needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate meal service and support special events.
Cleanliness, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas by clearing dishes and sanitizing tables.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and temperatures.
- Report food quality concerns, safety issues, or resident needs to supervisors promptly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- The ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
