Pay

• $11/hour + bonuses for team members working 25+ hours per week
• $10/hour + bonuses for team members working 16-24 hours per week

What You 'll Do

• Conduct phone surveys with clients, caregivers, and family members
• Collect valuable feedback
• Document responses accurately
• Help improve care experiences for seniors and caregivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Professional phone presence
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable using computers

Language Skills

• English fluency is required.
• Spanish-English and Russian-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and are highly desired.
