• Conduct phone surveys with clients, family members, and caregivers
• Accurately document survey responses
• Help organizations improve care and employee experiences
• Create positive interactions with every participant

What We 're Looking For

• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable attendance
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Language Skills

• English fluency is required.
• Spanish-English and Russian-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and are highly value
