Sales Account Manager

e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of Presales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for drive revenue growth and expand market share by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing client accounts. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets while strengthening market presence and competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Lead proposal and tender activities, ensuring competitive submissions and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution, monitor account performance, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
