@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Federal Grants and Program Support Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA program. This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is subject to contract award and successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements.
The Federal Grants & Program Analyst provides administrative and operational support for federal grant programs, including application processing, database administration, communications, reporting, fellowship support, and daily program operations
Responsibilities:
- Support grant administration and application processing.
- Maintain and reconcile program databases including PIER.
- Coordinate communications, meetings, and taskers.
- Prepare reports and maintain program records.
- Support fellowship administration and operational continuity.
- Assist Grants Specialist with program execution.
